Shipping Terms and Conditions policy

Techccessorize Shipping and Delivery Terms and Conditions Policy

All Products on Techccessorize are provided by suppliers based in Australia and use the nominated shipping company the supplier uses across Australia.  In most cases products (when in stock) are delivered withinin 2-5 days and may take longer dependent on various reasons.  Please refer to typical shipping time frames below.

We cannot be responsible for delays within Australia Post or other logistic companies.  If Australia Post has your package and not updated tracking, lost or misplaced your package, please open a complaint with them.  We cannot open a dispute with Australia Post on your behalf as we are not the named addressee.

Shipping time frames.

Due to High Demand please allow up to 24-72 hours to process orders

After that Orders may take up to 1-3 business days before they are dispatched and for you to receive a tracking number. If a product doesn’t not commence shipping within 7 days from purchase, Techccessorize reserves the right to extend the process and shipping time and will make every effort to provide you with notification before this occurs.

Orders typically take 2-10 business days to deliver after shipment begins.  If you order does not arrive within 30 days and we have not contacted you to reach an agreement, you may be eligible for a refund via a dispute process we will enact on your behalf with the supplier.  This process may take 15-21 days before agreement is reached  and if funds are to be returned to your payment method.

TPS Products are delivered by the TP Seller to You as part of the contract between You and the TP Seller. TP Sellers’ reserve the right to not deliver TPS Products to selected locations. Unsuccessful deliveries due to an incorrect address or not collecting the item from the post office may result in additional restocking or redelivery fees as per the TPS terms & conditions.

Techccessorize shipping and delivery terms and conditions:

  • We will try to ensure that the TPS Products are delivered in a prompt and timely manner. However, from time to time, it is possible that shipping and other factors outside of Our control may result in delays. Techccessorize does not accept any liability for loss or damage suffered by anyone as a result of any such delays; (Please see COVID 19 updates)
  • TPS Products will not be delivered to PO Box addresses;
  • If You give written authority for TPS Products to be delivered without a signature, any and all included insurance cover will be voided;
  • Techccessorize is not responsible for the delivery times of the TPS Products. (Please see COVID 19 updates)
