This document sets out the processing and shipping policy that applies to customers that make a purchase at Techccessorize.com.au. If you have any questions, please contact our customer service team via email at enquiries@techccessorize.com.au 

Basic Shipping Information

All Products on Techccessorize are provided by suppliers based in Australia. In most cases products (when in stock) are processed within 1-4 business days and may take longer dependent on various reasons. Once processed, most item are dispatched within 1- 4business days for ordering.   In most cases order are processed and dispatched to the courier within 24 hour on business days.

We cannot be responsible for delays within Australia Post or other logistic companies.  If Australia Post/Logistic companies has your package and not updated tracking, lost or misplaced your package, please open a complaint with them.  We cannot open a dispute with Australia Post/Logistics companies on your behalf as we are not the named addressee.

We are not responsible for delivery times once items are dispatched.  Please note there are many factors such as Pandaemics, lockdown and worker strikes that may affect delivery time, that we cannot control.

Shipping Delivery Costs

Shipping costs are calculated on the weight (KG) of your order. Please see the below table on the price of shipping correlating to the weight.

Orders of >$1000 or more, regardless of weight, are eligible for free shipping

Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed and dispatched within 24-48 hours. All orders placed during the weekend or on a public holiday will be processed on the Monday or on the next business day.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please note that we are unable to modify the delivery address once you have placed your order. We are sorry but we do not ship to P.O. boxes.  If we notice a delivery address or PO box is used, we will contact you seeking an alternative.  This may delay shipping.

If you have made an error in the address or have changed locations since placing your order, we cannot be held responsible for where you item is delivered and cannot refund you for these.

International Orders

Unfortunately, we do not ship internationally.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email with tracking information. You will be able to track your package directly on the carrier’s website.  Some logistics companies may take up to 12 hours to update tracking details.
