Shipping & Orders
Unfortunately you cannot modify your order once it has been shipped but if you email us shortly after you place an order we will do our best to satisfy your needs.
- If you decide to change your order after it has been placed there will be an extra fee.
Unfortunately you cannot modify your Shipping Address once it has been shipped but if you email us shortly after you place an order we will do our best to satisfy your needs and we can try to redirect it.
Our products ship from various locations across Australia. When you place an order/backorder we will ship it from the closest warehouse to your location. However if it is out of stock in one warehouse, it may come from another warehouse in a different sate and this may add some shipping time.
Payment
We currently only accept Credit Card Payments and PayPal Payments.
We are working on supporting AfterPay & ZipPay in the near future.
Returns
If we have a faulty or incorrect item, please send us an email with the Item you want to return and your order number and we will discuss the options with you.
